Online Weekly Events
Happy Hours 4x’s per month
We’re mixing it up almost every week with a variety of online events that are fun, interactive, insightful, and always worth coming to. Just like a live happy hour people can come and go whenever, the topic shifts every few minutes and we have a variety of agents from all over the country.
Each of the four events per month are different, here’s some examples:
1st week: Member Breakouts, where we’ll break into smaller groups for at least half the Happy Hour to get to know each other a little better. Love these!
2nd week: We’ll have a topic of interest every month and usually have a guest ‘Host’ who’ll lead a conversation on a specific topic. We’ve discussed sales, marketing, latest trends, video, management, teams, architecture, and the list goes on…
3rd week: AIHH - All things AI for 2026. More than just basic talk, we’ll dive deeper each month into specific aspects of AI and how you can best utilize for your business.
4th week: ‘Founders Style’ Happy Hour — Going back to our roots in 2020 where it’s open discussion and a great time to socialize, learn something and network.
Drinks optional. Good vibes required. We are ‘The 6PMers’!
When are events?
1st & 3rd Tuesdays / 3:30pm PST start
2nd & 4th Wednesdays / 5pm PST start
Why the different days and times?
We shift the days of the week and times because so many of us have standing appointments, kids games/activities, family nights, and then some that might always land on the same day/time.

Join in the fun! These online events are our bread and butter we’ve hosting since March 2020. So many relationships have formed from these casual meetings that have been a great experience to share concepts, mastermind, talk about trends and current events, and of course, get to know each other. These run an hour and our motto is to come when you can, stay for a few or stay the whole time, it’s up to you.

We can’t wait to have a great time in NOLA this year for the Compass annual Retreat. Many of us haven’t been to this amazing city and we’re sure that we’ll get a great look during Retreat week. We’re in the planning stages for an epic Happy Hour event…stay tuned!!

The 6PMers Mile High Happy Hour
June 4, 2025 / Denver, CO
This year’s event held at a very cool distillery in the heart of Downtown Denver called ‘Mile High Spirits’, this was an entertaining evening to say the least! Nearly 300 agents poured into our event and there were some great conversations, networking and relationship building going on all night. We had photo ops galore, tons of charcuderie, and the spirits were top notch. Can’t wait for the next one!

The 6PMers Southern Happy Hour
Nov 11, 2024 / Charleston, SC
What a great time in a fantastic city! We held this event on the night before Retreat officially started and it was a great time in the South! Live music, a great vibe in an iconic part of town…take us back!!
Huge thanks to our Event Hosts and the 200+ agents who popped in throughout the evening. Another fun 6PMers event!
‘Fast Five Q+A’ Sessions
These are 8 to 10-minute interview sessions recorded with each Host we have for the 6PMers since the Happy Hours aren’t recorded. These feature a wide variety of agents, leaders and personalities from topics on both personal and professional growth. Marketing, mindset, sales, technology, design, creative, and the list goes on.
Our members will have full access to these every week and will be available on YouTube as well.
